Baby Massage

Baby Massage is the use of a nurturing touch from carer to baby, which can help early bonding and relaxation. Our sessions demonstrate how to massage your baby.

Sessions are for mums and dads of babies from 6 weeks to 6 months old. All our Baby Massage sessions are delivered by an experienced instructor and take place in a relaxed, informal setting.

Time for Rhyme
0-18 months. Free

Time for Rhyme sessions promote children’s development through activities including dancing, singing and treasure baskets.

The sessions are available to children up to 1 year old and offer the chance for interaction with other children. The sessions develops and build imagination, decision making and social skills and give parents and carers the opportunity to be involved in your child’s development in a social setting.

Busy Bodies
18 months-5 years. Free

Busy Bodies promotes children’s development through activities such as climbing, balancing and crawling. Children have the space to be physically active and learn about what their bodies can do.

The sessions are a mix of free play and structured singing to promote social interaction. They gives the opportunity for parents and carers meet other parents while little ones burn off some energy.

Stay & Play
