Mental Health Awareness Week 18-24 May

Mental Health Awareness Week 18-24 May

The theme of Mental Health Week is kindness and having good mental health helps us relax more, achieve more and enjoy our lives more. We’ll be sharing ideas around wellbeing and self-care on our social media channels.

We have developed a Mindfulness and Wellbeing Pack, which is full of activities that children of all ages can enjoy. These activities have been developed by experts from around Sunderland and beyond to be fun and interactive. We would love to hear what you think of the packs, what you like and what you think could be improved.
