Gender Pay Gap
The Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties and Public Authorities) Regulations 2017 introduces new requirements for organisations with more than 250 employees to annually publish information about the pay of their male and female employees.
The Gender Pay Gap report is subject to annual review and will be published on our website by the end of March each year.
Duty to Report on Payment Practices
Regulations made under section three of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015, introduced a duty on the UK's largest companies to report on a half-yearly basis on their payment practices, policies and performance for financial years beginning on or after 6 April 2017.
The information must be published through an online service provided by the Government, and is available to the public.

Carer Financial Assistance
To Support our carers, Together for Children has implemented the Department of Education's means test model for adoption and special guardianship financial support.
This is to ensure that adopters and special guardians are treated equitably within the context of what is affordable within existing budgets.
