What we do

We know that people make the difference. Recognising the pivotal role of school leaders in ensuring staff are well trained, deployed effectively and held accountable for pupils' learning and wellbeing. Our extensive experience within the education sector equips us to stay ahead in terms of safer recruitment practices, transformation, changes to terms and conditions or statutory guidance/legislation.

We offer both standalone HR Advice and HR Support Services for an annual fee or can deliver one-off projects on a consultancy basis, providing flexibility to tailor our support to your specific needs.

HR advice

You will have a designated HR Business Partner for your school or Trust who will work with you through the most complex of workforce issues, and where you need face to face support with 'real time' advice, we will attend formal HR meetings in person.  You will also have access to our broader team of professionals at your side.

Our commitment is to provide practical, proactive and expert advice across the full spectrum of HR and staffing challenges faced by schools.  We champion progressive thinking and providing tailored solutions for your school. With a thorough understanding of both education and employment law, we aim to empower you to make business decisions that are not only practical but also legally sound.

HR support

We recognise that effective HR administration is vital to the success of every academy. You can trust us with your 'back office' HR administration services, seamlessly delivering in collaboration with your payroll provider. Drawing from extensive experience in the education sector, we stay current with safer recruitment practices and changes to terms and conditions. 

From placing adverts to processing pre-employment checks and producing contractual documentation tailored to your academy or Trust, we will provide a smooth and compliant employment journey for your staff.

From pay and grading reviews to independent investigations, development of your HR policies or helping you proactively manage attendance and wellbeing, you can trust us.
