SLE Triage meeting
The SLE triage meeting consists of 0-19, Speech and Language Therapists (SALT) and Best Start Family Hubs. The group meet once a fortnight and discuss referrals from health, schools and self referrals.
It also supports practitioners and the family to identify the best level of support. and offering a graduated response to specialist services in a multiagency meeting. The progress of the children is tracked following an allocation to the most appropriate session within a Family Hub.
